We invite you to call 713-974-2800 to schedule your appointment today.
There may be times when you have to leave a message in order to schedule your next visit; usually when we are in session.
We do not take e-mails or text messages regarding appointments.
Kindly leave the following information and we will always return your call as soon as we are able to do so; usually within in 1-2 business days.
Our business hours are Wednesday through Sunday, 11am to 8pm, and Only By Appointment.
Please be prepared to provide:
Phone number (& repeat once) along with an alternate phone number, if you wish.
If massage, do you have a special request for either Kiki or Manfred?
If massage, do you want 1, 1½ or 2 hours?
Name of person or physician who referred you, if applicable.
Brief details, if you have a specific issue.
Preferred session days and/or times.
Preferred office location (Houston or Friendswood).
Best times to reach you.
If we can contact you after 8pm.
After processing this information, it becomes much easier for us to understand what you want us to do for you. If we do have to leave you a message when we call you back, we will also be able to provide potential appointment availabilities that correspond with your preferred session days/times.
We do ask for payment at the time of service and take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal check, and cash.
We do not accept insurance, Benefits or Health Care Spending Cards, Medicare or Medicaid (for more information, please visit our Payment Methods page).
Do you need to Re-schedule or Cancel an Appointment?
If you must re-schedule any appointments, please be kind and call us as soon as possible, so that we can book the available time with another client/patient who may be in need of our services.
Because talking on the phone and using voice mail works best for our office, we do not accept e-mails or text messages regarding appointments.
Your re-scheduled appointment can have a positive effect on someone else when we are informed in advance. 24 to 48 hours notice is always helpful.
Please remember that once you have scheduled an appointment, all other patients and clients are denied that block of time. You may be charged the full fee for your reserved session, if you do not provide notice of cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled visit.
Please Re-schedule If You Are Sick
Please re-schedule your session if you are running a fever, if you have been prescribed an antibiotic for a contagious disease (i.e. strep. throat, tonsillitis, bronchitis, etc.) until you have been on the medication for at least 24 hours, or if you have had vomiting or diarrhea in the past 24 hours.
You should also re-schedule if you have a severe cold or throat/nasal symptoms.
We do not wish to deprive any other clients of their needed care, due to what could have been an avoidable illness on our part.
