The chronic physical or psychological stress that comes with busy lifestyles, long hours of driving and working on the computer, in addition to lack of exercise and sleep disturbance, can lead to poor functional patterns.

Maintaining your body through massage therapy, reflexology and/or chiropractic sessions at given intervals can certainly be part of any wellness lifestyle. Benefits are best when combined with exploration in active movement, adequate exercise, good nutrition, personal awareness, and a positive outlook on life.

Health Through Chiropractic Wellness Care

Our chiropractic practice is based on a supportive and elective health care model; supportive care is typically provided at intervals to promote health and enhance the quality of life.

All new chiropractic patients undergo an initial examination in order to assess specific needs and concerns before treatment is rendered. When necessary, recommendations for any other health care providers to be considered for the patients' case may be addressed at that time or during following office visits. If you have been referred by another health care practitioner, your prescription and concerns will be reviewed in order to structure the proper treatment schedule for you.

You can expect your first visit to last between 30 minutes and 1 hour, depending on the complexity of your situation. Follow-up chiropractic sessions are booked by appointment and usually last between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on the needs of the patient.

If you would like to schedule a massage session before or after a chiropractic adjustment, we are happy to provide combination appointments. All we ask is that you please remember they must be booked advance of your scheduled appointment, as we can rarely accommodate additional time requests once you have arrived for your session.

Please note, that before accepting a new patient for chiropractic care*, we may encourage you to complete an advanced massage therapy session if we think your situation warrants it. Over the years we have found that many complaints and restrictions stem from issues in which advanced massage therapy may be a more effective way to correct tension in problematic areas, thereby allowing the body to accomplish the desired change in a more lasting manner.
