Letter for Alan / HI

Hi Alan,

It looks like everything went great with Danny & Richard.  They now have their items and my mom is confident in managing PayPal sales on your HI Cantina & potentially the Blade Forums in the future.

In my introductory post, I feel the best way to instill confidence, is to let everyone know we have your blessing, since these transactions are based on good will.  I feel it would reduce the possibility of someone thinking we are unscrupulous or that we just waited to swoop in and sell our items once HI closed.

To this end, I have been working on an introductory note for each forum.

At your convenience, could you look over each and let me know if you are comfortable with them being used for the introduction?  Of course, if you do not like anything about these, please let me know.  I am open to changing them according to you preferences.

And, if you or Yangdu might want to add a positive "feedback" post to either of my introductions, just let me know and I can send you the date posted or link.

Last, could you give me a rough date (possibly in January), when you think it would be in good taste to post either (or both) of these?

My best,
- Kiki

#1 - FOR HI CANTINA:

Hello everyone,

I've been speaking with Alan Shepardson (admin) since July 2024, and he's helped with valuations on our late family members' vintage Himalayan Imports khukuri collection (early 2000's to ~2007).  Allow me to say, our family is very thankful.

We're listing here, first, to reduce overwhelm as we begin selling.  Then, on the Blade Forums once a 'gold' member profile is created.

Purchase is via PayPal - buyer responsible for shipping; additional info at top of page that is linked.

And, if you are looking for something other than khukuris, please see our additional blades,  by looking up at the menu in this attached link:

My best,
Kiki Lucas and family.
