If you must re-schedule any appointments, kindly call us as soon as possible, so that we can book the available time with another client/patient who may be in need of our services.
Because talking on the phone and using voice mail works best for our office, we do not accept e-mails or text messages regarding appointments.
Your re-scheduled appointment can have a positive effect on someone else if we are informed in advance. 24 to 48 hours notice is always helpful.
Once you have scheduled an appointment, all other patients and clients are denied that block of time. You may be charged the full fee for your reserved session, if you do not provide notice of cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled visit.
